This policy explains how BoldTeeHub handles information when you browse, shop, contact us, request products, or apply to our ambassador or affiliate program. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@boldteehub.com.
Information and purposes
- Shopping and accounts: contact and delivery details, cart contents, purchased items, payment status, account information, and order/support correspondence help us operate checkout, fulfill purchases, prevent fraud, and resolve problems.
- Product requests: the optional email address and message you provide help us review demand and respond to your request. A product request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
- Partners: application details, public profile information you provide, referral identifiers, eligible sales, and commission/reversal records help us review applicants and administer the ambassador and affiliate programs.
- Technical and measurement information: the site and its service providers process browser/device and network information to deliver and secure the store. With optional-tracking permission, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel also receive shopping activity such as page/product views, cart activity, and conversion information.
Who receives information
Payment and fulfillment providers, including Stripe and Printful, receive information needed to process payments and produce, ship, or support orders. Hosting, security, communications, and store-management services process information needed to run the store. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel receive optional measurement information when you allow that tracking. A partner’s program dashboard reports attributed sales and commission totals; it is not a customer contact list.
Some advertising-related disclosures can be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state privacy laws even when no customer list is sold for money. You can keep the site’s optional Google/Meta tracking and affiliate-link cookie off using Privacy choices in the footer. See the Cookie Notice for details.
Retention
Optional product-request email addresses and messages are retained for up to 365 days, or removed earlier through the personal-data erasure process. Abuse-prevention IP hashes for those requests are cleared after seven days. Anonymous design and item demand may be retained. Partner applications are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule; you may request deletion using the contact below, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Order, payment, partner, support, and security records may need to remain available for their purposes and for tax, fraud, dispute, or other legal obligations. Your choices and requests
Email hello@boldteehub.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help with a marketing opt-out. Tell us what you want to change and the email associated with your interaction. Do not email payment-card details, passwords, or government identification. We may need proportionate information to verify an access, correction, or deletion request and protect other people’s data. Some records cannot be deleted while needed for a legal obligation or an unresolved transaction.
Depending on your location and the law’s applicability, you may have additional rights, including portability, opt-out, appeal, and authorized-agent rights. See US privacy rights and requests. An optional-tracking choice does not prevent you from using the cart or checkout.
Privacy signals and changes
The site’s optional-tracking controls honor Global Privacy Control by keeping optional tracking off in that browser. The older Do Not Track browser setting is not used as a separate consent choice by these controls. Other sites reached through external links have their own privacy practices. We post changes here with an updated date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
