How BoldTeeHub handles storefront, cart, checkout, and ambassador referral information.
Updated June 18, 2026
This page is a practical store policy template and should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as final legal advice.
Information we collect
- Contact details you choose to submit, such as email address for discount codes, cart reminders, support, or ambassador contact.
- Cart and storefront activity, including product selections, cart contents, referral codes, page URL, referrer, browser user agent, and hashed IP address.
- Checkout and order details needed to process purchases and support customers.
- Ambassador/referral activity, including referral link clicks, codes used, and attribution needed for reporting and future payouts.
How we use it
- To operate the store, save carts, create discount codes, process orders, and support customers.
- To measure marketing and ambassador performance without selling customer lists.
- To prevent abuse, debug storefront issues, meet legal, tax, and payment obligations, and respond to customer requests.
Privacy choices
- You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out by contacting support.
- Some records may need to be retained for order, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or legal compliance reasons.
- California and other state privacy laws may provide additional rights depending on your location and the size/scope of the business.

Product requests
Optional product-request email addresses and messages are kept for up to 365 days, or removed earlier through WordPress personal-data erasure. Abuse-prevention IP hashes are cleared after seven days. The private review feed excludes email addresses and private messages; anonymous design and item demand may be retained. Requesting availability updates does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
