This page explains how US residents can send privacy requests to BoldTeeHub. State-law rights depend on your residency, the information and activity involved, and whether the law applies to the business. Our Privacy Policy describes the store’s information practices.
Submit a request
Email hello@boldteehub.com with the subject Privacy request. Tell us your state, the email associated with your interaction, and the right or request you want us to review. Depending on applicable law, rights may include access and a copy of information, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We may need to verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority for a request that involves personal records. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or identity documents with your first request.
Optional tracking and opt-out
Use Privacy choices in the footer to keep optional tracking off. Global Privacy Control also keeps the site’s optional tracking off in the browser sending it. These controls apply to the optional Google/Meta measurement and partner-link cookie described in our Cookie Notice. Shopping functions remain available. You can separately email a request concerning other information or activity.
Review, exceptions, and appeals
We review requests under applicable law. Legal, tax, transaction, security, or dispute requirements can limit deletion or other requests. Where a request cannot be fulfilled, the response will explain the applicable reason and any available next step. If you disagree, reply with the subject Privacy appeal and explain what you would like reviewed. Where applicable law provides an appeal or complaint right, we will provide the corresponding information. You can also contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator. We will not retaliate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable privacy law.
California and Nevada requests
California residents can use these contacts and controls for applicable California privacy requests, including sale or sharing opt-out. Nevada residents can email a request to opt out of a sale of covered information under Nevada law. These laws have different definitions and applicability rules; the availability of this request route does not mean every legal provision applies to every interaction.
