Baseline rules for BoldTeeHub ambassadors, referral codes, discount limits, and disclosure expectations.

Ambassador basics
- Ambassadors may receive a profile page, referral link, referral code, product discount, commission eligibility, gifted product, or other compensation.
- Ambassador discounts may be as much as 20% off product prices. Shipping, tax, and checkout fees stay separate.
- Codes may be paused, changed, capped, or removed for fraud, abuse, policy issues, or expired campaigns.
Required disclosures
- Creators must clearly disclose their relationship with BoldTeeHub when posting sponsored, gifted, paid, affiliate, or commission-based content.
- Disclosures should be hard to miss and should not be hidden behind a profile page, vague hashtag, or buried caption text.
- Examples include clear wording such as “ad,” “sponsored,” “paid partnership,” or “I earn commission from my BoldTeeHub code,” depending on the post.
Tracking and payouts
- Referral activity, discount use, refunds, and chargebacks may be used to calculate program reporting.
- Self-referrals, fake clicks, misleading endorsements, undisclosed paid posts, or prohibited content can void commission eligibility.
Applications, links, and approval
Submitting an ambassador or affiliate application does not itself approve you for the program or establish a right to commissions. Any reserved referral link or code becomes eligible for program use only after approval and activation. Approved program rates and account details are shown in your partner account or provided by BoldTeeHub.
Referrals and commissions
Optional link attribution uses a referral cookie for up to 30 days when the visitor permits optional tracking. The last eligible referral link you deliberately visit replaces earlier link attribution and starts a new 30-day window; ordinary returning visits do not extend that window. Browser settings, consent withdrawal, expired cookies, and use of other devices can prevent link attribution. An eligible partner code entered at checkout can also identify the referring partner. Product discounts and commissions exclude shipping and tax. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, and program-rule violations can require adjustment or review. A dashboard total awaiting review or payment is not a completed payout.
Clear disclosures on every promotion
Place a clear explanation of your relationship next to each endorsement, link, or code where people will see it before acting. For commission promotions, use wording such as I earn a commission if you buy through my BoldTeeHub link or code. If a product was gifted, say so. Use wording that fits the actual benefit received. A disclosure only on your profile, in these terms, or hidden after a more button is insufficient. Video or audio promotions also need disclosures people can notice in that format.
Describe your real experience and make only accurate, supportable product claims. Do not imply guaranteed income, fabricate reviews, use deceptive self-referrals, or send unsolicited promotions in ways prohibited by law or platform rules. BoldTeeHub may review promotions and require corrections or pause program access for violations.
