Shipping

  • Products are prepared after checkout and shipped to the address provided at purchase.
  • Shipping price, tax, and delivery options are calculated during checkout and are not reduced by product discount codes.
  • Delivery timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, and order volume.

Returns and replacements

  • Because products are prepared for each order, size preference changes and buyer remorse may not qualify for automatic return approval.
  • Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days after delivery so the issue can be reviewed while the order is still eligible for support.
  • Issue reports must include the order number, a short description, and clear photos that show the full item plus close-up photos of the problem.
  • When an issue is approved, the usual fix is an exact replacement or reprint of the same item, size, color, and design. Refunds or store credit are reviewed case by case.
  • Packages marked delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the local carrier before a lost-package review is requested.
