However, if there is a manufacturing error or a damaged product, Bold Tee Hub offers a free replacement or refund within 14 days of product delivery. To receive assistance, customers can contact the Bold Tee Hub team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

In situations where multiple products are affected by the same issue, an additional photo or video of all affected items within one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. It should be noted that Bold Tee Hub will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping details or if a customer ordered the wrong size or color. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure accurate information is collected from customers to avoid any issues.
